My newest cookbook is ready for you! A Month of Menus is dedicated to meal and menu planning! If you are at a loss for where to start and just beginning your meal planning journey this is for you and if you are a dedicated meal and menu planner that this is a great way to add more to your rotation!
I have included 4 full weeks of menus. Including all the recipes to go along with those meal plans. I have also included helpful hits and tricks to get you going on your way. In all, there are 47 delicious recipes that are simple to make and help you understand how to make one meal and turn it into two or three. I focus on a big cook on Sunday and turning it into a leftover makeover on Wednesday. Every week has a "big cook", a salad night, a soup night, a skillet supper night, a leftover makeover night, a sandwich night and a pasta night. These help give you the basis for a future of meal planning skills. The recipes in this book have been developed to feed four to six and can be adapted easily for more or less. They are economical and for the most part quick and easy.
As a bonus I have included a bonus extras companion book that works with this cookbook. It includes 10 "Help I'm in a Hurry" dinner ideas that are semi homemade and take help from the grocery store for nights when you are so busy you can't see straight but still need to get dinner on the table. This book also includes four full shopping lists for each of the weekly menu plans in the cookbook along with a pantry list of all the ingredients I have used plus some I keep on hand in my own pantry. As if that weren't enough, I have also included printable shopping lists, don't forget lists, pantry and freezer inventory lists as well as blank menu planning sheets so you can make a go of things on your own when you are ready!
