Ingredients
1 pint halved grape tomatoes 1 medium sweet onion, diced finely 1 or 2 Jalapenos, seeded & minced 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped 4 cloves pickled or chopped garlic, minced | Juice of 1 lime 1 tablespoon of pickled garlic brine OR cider vinegar Salt to taste |
Step by Step Instructions
Blend all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
This can be eaten right away or you can allow it to sit for the flavors to blend for about 30 minutes.
Add this to a couple of mashed avocados for a killer guacamole!
Break out the chips!
