Easy Homemade Snickerdoodles
1 batch Noreen's Homemade Bulk Sugar Cookie Mix
1 (3.4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ cup water
Cinnamon Sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Step by Step Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine the sugar cookie mix, pudding mix, cinnamon, vanilla, and water until a soft dough forms.
Mix together the cinnamon and sugar for coating.
Scoop dough into balls and roll generously in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Place on parchment-lined baking sheets and gently flatten each cookie with the bottom of a Mason jar.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, just until the edges are set and the centers are still soft.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Store in an airtight container.

1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
