I have chosen to make this a latte by adding instant coffee to mine but if you wanted to turn this into an eggnog chai you could so that by leaving out the coffee and adding in instant, unsweetened iced tea mix in the same amount. Sub out the cinnamon for pumpkin or apple pie spice and add the nutmeg in for a great riff on the original.
I put mine in some jelly jars, but this could easily be put in some cute tins or even in a disposable icing bag for a cute cone gift. You could also add in some white chocolate chips and or some cinnamon chips for an added flavor burst and creaminess.
I put my jars in printed holiday treat bags and tied them with a cute ribbon. You can add a tag with the name of the mix as well as instructions to add 1/4 cup of mix to a mug with 8 to 12 ounces of hot water. I used water from my kettle to mix up a mug and it was delicious!
I hope you give this creamy vanilla eggnog latte mix a try and I hope you love it!
