Ingredients
2 pounds fresh shrimp, peeled & de-veined 1 stick butter 6 cloves garlic, minced | Juice of two lemons 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning 1 teaspoon paprika |
Step by Step Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place butter in a baking pan and place the pan in the oven and allow the butter to melt. This should take no more than five minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for five minutes.
Place shrimp, garlic, lemon juice and seasonings in the butter and stir well.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque. Being careful not to over cook.
Remove from oven and allow to sit for five minutes before serving.
Serve with rice or noodles or your favorite seafood sides!
